The Dream Log with a Bonus

Hello each. :D

I'm really excited to be modding this board which is here for you guys to create your personalised Dream Journals.

Everybody dreams! That is a fact. Whether or not you remember them or not is a different matter. What a Dream Journal (DJ) does for you is to catalogue the dreams that you can recall making it easier for you to spot any themes, re-curring feelings, in short to pick up on any messages you need to hear. Whether they come from your subconcsious or from a higher plane, your ancestors or departed loved ones, reading and understanding ones dreams can bring a wholeness and understanding of oneself that will surprise you.

My credentials in this area run thusly: I have experienced Lucid Dreaming since I was a child and am currently engaged in experimenting with various techniques in order to hone my control within the Dreamlands when lucid. I have had Four Out of Body Experiences and at least one instance of Dream Sharing and departed Spirit contact.

Dream Interpretation is a field which inspires me greatly and I have been told that my readings are fairly accurate and of some use, on numerous occasion. That being said, I use intuition alongside classic Psychological interpretation and as such I tend to 'say what I see' as it were. I don't pull any punches and I wont pretty it up for you, since either approach would be counter productive.

When writting your DJ you should include as much detailed information as you possibley can. Include Colours, room layout, dialogue, smell, taste the lot. Critically, you must try to note down your feeling towards the dream at the moment of waking.

I can include tips for increased recall and the best way to approach your DJ but I'll tackle those as we come to them.

To get the ball rolling I will shortly post my own personal DJ. Please feel free to have a gander but please note: these are my personal dreams and as such thier content should be respected. This goes for any DJ's posted here.

Dj's do not and should not contain Interpretations as such. They will be dealt with seperately via PM.

If you have any questions about your dreams or your sleep cycle that you would like to ask then you can PM me in the upmost confidence, I'll be only too pleased to see what I can do.

Biggest thing: Enjoy your dreams and your time asleep, after all we spend 25 yrs of our lives doing it! Might as well have some fun!

Love and Light
